Payments
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $340 must be paid to secure your place to any retreats.
Payment Options
-Total payment (price varies depending on your room choice) - Receive 10% discount
-Two instalments (50% in registration, 50% within 45 days of registration) - Receive 5% discount
-Payment Plan: A $340 non-refundable deposit is due as you submit the registration form. The remaining balance is then split up into equal payments to be paid on the 15th of each month. All payments must be finalised 30 days before the start of the retreat.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel 90 days prior to the retreat starting, we will provide 100% refund (minus $340 non-refundable deposit).
Cancellations made 31-60 days prior to the start of the retreat, you will be refunded 50% of the full retreat amount (minus $340 non-refundable deposit).
Cancellations made 0-30 days prior to the start of the retreat, you will forfeit your entire payment or you may transfer your full payment to a later retreat or other services
General terms and conditions
The minimum requirement of participants for the retreat is 6 people. We reserve the right to cancel the retreat if the requirement is not met 30 days before the beginning of the retreat. In case of our cancellation, a full refund of the payment will be provided.
Buddha House
Private accommodation in sister accommodation Buddha House is available when all rooms at Summer House are booked. If you have paid for a private room, you will be offered one at Summer House.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is something to consider for your retreat booking. Your policy should cover you for the activities you plan to undertake and have adequate cover for travel delay, cancellation and curtailment, medical expenses and your personal belongings.
Waiver
I am participating in a Soulful Retreat offered by Mariana Suarez, during which I will receive information and instruction in Yoga, Mindfulness and Life Mentoring. Other movement classes, and bushwalking on uneven terrain. I recognise that these activities require some physical exertion. I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved and take full responsibility for myself during all activities and free time. I understand that Mariana Suarez and Summer House Retreat and staff will take all care, but shall not be held liable for any injuries incurred during the retreat.
In consideration of being permitted to participate at our Soulful Retreats, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of my participation. This includes any travel and any or all activities done with Mariana Suarez or Summer House Retreat, or as an individual at the accommodation and facilities provided.
I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. I acknowledge that I have had ample opportunity before signing this Form to get independent legal advice.
