Payments & Cancellation

Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $500 must be paid to secure your place to any of our retreats.

Payment Options
-Total payment (price varies depending on your room choice)

-Two instalments (50% in registration, 50% within 30 days of registration)

-All payments must be finalised 30 days before the start of the retreat or by due date stated in each retreat.

Cancellation Policy

90 days prior: 100% refund (minus $500 non-refundable deposit)

31-60 days prior: 50% refund (minus $500 non-refundable deposit)

0-30 days prior: Full payment transferable to a later retreat or other services

General terms and conditions

Minimum Participants: The retreat requires a minimum of 6 participants. We reserve the right to cancel the retreat if this requirement is not met 30 days before the start date. In case of our cancellation, a full refund of the payment will be provided.

Activity Changes: Activities might be changed or cancelled due to weather conditions.

Substance Free Environment: This is a no alcohol, no drugs retreat, including any form of plant medicine. We strive to create a pure and clear space for deep connection and transformation. Maintaining a substance-free environment helps ensure that everyone can fully engage and benefit from the retreat experience in the safest way.

Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is highly recommended for your retreat booking. Your policy should cover the activities you plan to undertake and provide adequate coverage for travel delay, cancellation, curtailment, medical expenses, and personal belongings.

Waiver
I am participating in a Soulful Retreat offered by Mariana Suarez, during which I will receive information and instruction in Yoga, Mindfulness and Life Mentoring. Other movement classes, and bushwalking on uneven terrain. I recognise that these activities require some physical exertion. I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved and take full responsibility for myself during all activities and free time. I understand that Mariana Suarez and Summer House Retreat and staff will take all care, but shall not be held liable for any injuries incurred during the retreat.

In consideration of being permitted to participate at ​​​​​our Soulful Retreats, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as  a result of my participation. This includes any travel and any or all activities done with Mariana Suarez or Summer House Retreat, or as an individual at the accommodation and facilities provided.

I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. I acknowledge that I have had ample opportunity before signing your Retreat Registration Form to get independent legal advice.
