Why do we retreat?
I felt the call to create retreats because I saw too many women—wise, radiant, capable women—burning out quietly. Not because of how much they were doing, but because of how deeply they were ignoring themselves...
Their needs.

I was once one of them too.
Maybe I created these retreats because I was craving exactly what I now offer—deep, soulful connection, time to fall in love with nature, and quiet moments to finally hear myself.
