After two days disconnected from my roles and responsibilities I feel more connected with myself, with my essence. I feel refreshed to come back to my life and my loved ones, energised and inspired.
I feel so good that I gave myself this time to enjoy some well deserved me-time. My body feels amazing, my heart is full and my soul is ready to create this new chapter of my life intentionally.
From the moment I arrived at Summer House I felt at home, the delicious food was truly nourishing for my body and indulging for my senses. I loved moving my body with the gentleness of Dru Yoga, the quiet moments, the beautiful company, the sunrise walk, the coastal breeze. That evening around the firepit is a memory that will stay with me forever.
