Activations
Before we start any other Dru Yoga sequence, EBR or Postures, we prepare the body with a few minutes of Activations.

They are a wonderful way to wake up our energy and prepare the body for our practice, they also bring us back to the present moment, release stress and warm up our muscles and joints.

This specific Activation was prepared to get you ready for the Salutation to the Four Directions.
