Non Judgment 1: Class Recorded on March 3, 2026

Welcome to our first practice of the Autumn season. As we enter the "Trinity of Peace," we begin with the first leaf: No Judgment. In this session, we transition from the high-paced energy of February into the sacred "Clearing" of March. We use the body as a laboratory to observe our thoughts without labeling them, moving from a state of separation into a state of Sama—natural, fluid balance.

What we explore in this practice:

  • The Foundation: We begin close to the earth, lengthening the spine and releasing the deep-seated tension in the hamstrings and piriformis. These "body preps" are essential to unlock the physical freedom required to sit and move in stillness.

  • Sama Namaskara (The Sequence of Inner Harmony): The heart of our practice. This powerful Dru sequence harmonizes the elements within, helping you return to your center regardless of the "weather" in your external life.

  • Asanas for Perspective:

    • Sitting Spinal Twist (Ardha Matsyendrasana): To physically wring out rigid opinions and old stories, allowing you to view your life from a new, detached dimension.

    • The Beam (Parighasana): Opening the side body to expand your "context" and breathe light into the spaces where we usually feel restricted.

  • The Still Point: We conclude with a guided relaxation to anchor the frequency of peace and integrate the awareness that you are the sky, not the passing clouds.

Your Intentions for this Class:

  • Can I move my body today without judging my flexibility or strength?

  • Can I observe a thought and simply say, "Is that so?" instead of labeling it "bad"?

  • Am I willing to let go of the "content" of my day to experience the "context" of my Being?
