Slowing Down: A Journey Back to Presence (Class Recorded July 1, 2025)

This month’s Dru Yoga classes are a gentle invitation to pause, soften, and reconnect. Each class includes a soothing activation inspired by QiGong to help you release tension and stress, followed by EBR2 — the perfect sequence to bring your mind, body, and breath into the present moment. We fine-tune each session slightly to meet the group’s energy, always ending with a long, nurturing relaxation to support deep rest and integration.
