Have you noticed how we often move through life resisting what is? We tighten our shoulders with the news, clench our jaws at the traffic, and hold our breath when life feels "too much." This is the physical feeling of resistance.

In this class, we use the powerful foundations of EBR2 to physically shake out these layers of tension. This sequence is specifically designed to free the major joints and the spine, breaking up the "heaviness" we’ve built in our spine, joints and muscles. By moving the energy that has been stuck in your physical biology, you create space to breathe again. We move to clear the way, so that by the end of the session, your body feels like a sanctuary, not a cage.
