Non Resistance 2: Class recorded April 21st, 2026

Now that we have cleared the heavy lifting in Class 1, we move into the profound medicine of stillness. In these sessions, we use the foundations of Energy Block Release 1 to remind your body the incredible capacity and versatility we have to move! We will also incorporate some postures practiced in a Yin Yoga way—the ultimate practice of non-resistance—to target the deeper layers of our being: the fascia and connective tissues where old emotional stories are stored.

By holding supported, floor-based postures, we aren't "doing" yoga; we are letting yoga happen to us. We use this time to expand our capacity to receive, feel, and enjoy life exactly as it arrives at our door. As the fascia releases, so does the internal friction that creates chronic stress.
