Non Judgment 3: Class recorded on March 17, 2026

In our third session, we move into the subtle power of our thoughts and words. When we label a person or a situation as "good" or "bad," we build a box of limitation around them. Today, we practice Assuming Benevolence—the radical act of assuming the best of ourselves and others—and expanding our language to leave room for the infinite.

What we explore in this practice:

  • Unblocking the Temple: We begin on the floor, gently opening the hips and ribcage to create physical space for a "Higher Perspective." Through purging activations, we release the stale energy of old conclusions.

  • Sama Namaskara: Returning to our signature sequence to connect with the elements and stabilize our inner harmony.

  • The Mast (Eka Pada Rajakapotasana I): We explore both modified and full expressions of this powerful asana. We use it to release the deep-seated tension in the hips—the place where we often store the "human drama" and the need to be right.

  • The Integration: We finish with a beautiful relaxation to exit the "binary" mind and enter the fluid river of the Present Moment.
