Spark your Agni 2: Class recorded on January 20th, 2026

In our second session, we dive deeper into the physical and emotional "vessel" where our Agni lives. To spark a fire that lasts, we must first ensure the hearth is clear. We explore the relationship between our digestive health and our mental clarity, using the "Steel" of physiological stability to support the "Velvet" of our soul's expression.

  • The Focus: Moving stagnant energy out of the mid-section and strengthening our foundation (the thighs) to keep our blood sugar and emotions steady.

  • The Intent: Identifying the "intellectual clutter" and the "generational stuff" that dampens our inner light.

  • The Practice: Dynamic Dru Yoga twists and core stability to physically "wring out" what no longer serves us.
