Way of the Heart 1 (Class Recorded April 2, 2024)

In this class, we’ll focus on activating and balancing the Heart Chakra, inviting warmth, compassion, and clarity into our being. Through the Pigeon Breath, some gentle Activations, Energy Block Release 3 and the Maltese Cross, we’ll release stagnant emotions and create space for the heart to open. This session is designed to calm the nervous system, lift your mood, and strengthen your immune system as we embrace the autumnal energy of release and renewal. Let’s journey back to our heart’s wisdom together.
