Non Judgment 2: Class Recorded March 10, 2026

In this second step of our "No Judgment" journey, we turn our awareness inward to the most common target of our criticism: our own physical bodies. So often, we see ourselves through the lens of external marketing and societal standards rather than the miracle of our own biology. This class is an invitation to stop "judging the wrapping" and start honoring the temple.

What we explore in this practice:
  • The Blue Mist Meditation: We begin with a soothing visualization to cleanse the auric field and the nervous system of the "heavy" energy of self-criticism.

  • Dissolving the "Comparison Habit": Through our Activations, we acknowledge where we’ve allowed external "marketing" to dictate our worth, choosing instead to return to our own unique rhythm.

  • Sama Namaskara (Sequence of Inner Harmony): We move through this sequence to find that "Stillness" where the body is neither right nor wrong, but simply a vessel of pure harmony.

  • Sitting Spinal Twist (Ardha Matsyendrasana): A physical wringing out of the "shoulds" and "musts" we carry in our cells.

  • The Integration: A deep relaxation to anchor the truth that you are already whole, exactly as you are.
