Life as a Meditation (Class recorded August 12,2025)

After my sudden trip to Mexico to be with my family when my dear brother passed, the importance of slowing down became clearer than ever. In the midst of grief, I found a different rhythm — one that allowed me to be fully present with my parents, to savour every moment, every story, every silence. And in that slowness, I was reminded:

When we slow down, our whole life becomes a meditation.

In this class, we’ll move gently with a QiGong-inspired activation to soften the nervous system, followed by EBR2 to help you land in the here and now. We’ll close with a long, healing relaxation — creating space to reflect, receive, and simply be.

Let this practice be your quiet anchor in a fast-moving world.
