Through a steady, stabilizing flow, we focus on strengthening our core and back muscles—building the inner "steel" required to hold ourselves upright without needing to lean on anyone or anything else for our worth. By returning to our true center during the Still Point, we cleanly unhook our identity from temporary external anchors and return home to pure, unconditional love.
