In our second week, we dive into Peter Sage’s profound truth: “You cannot love that which you need.” This practice is designed to help you identify where you are white-knuckling your roles, relationships, or expectations out of a hidden need for external validation. Through a steady, stabilizing flow, we focus on strengthening our core and back muscles—building the inner "steel" required to hold ourselves upright without needing to lean on anyone or anything else for our worth. By returning to our true center during the Still Point, we cleanly unhook our identity from temporary external anchors and return home to pure, unconditional love.
