Non Judgment 4: Class recorded on March 24, 2026

As we progress into Class 4, we focus on the power of the Observer. When we are detached from the "content" of our lives, we gain a higher vantage point. This class is about reclaiming your personal freedom—the freedom not to react, the freedom to be still, and the power to not fulfill the ego's need to have an opinion about every single thing.

What we explore in this practice:

  • Standing in Presence: We begin in Tadasana (Mountain Pose), anchoring ourselves in the "Now."

  • Joint & Spinal Freedom: Through nurturing activations for the joints and a Tri-Spinal Release, we physically prepare the nervous system to let go of rigidity and judgment.

  • The Flow of Non-Resistance: Moving through Sama Namaskara followed by The Mast & The Beam, we create a physical "bridge" between our heart and our external reality.

  • Reclaiming Freedom: We finish with a relaxation designed to help you say "Is that so?" to the world's noise, finding peace in your own stillness.
