Trust your Body

When we live in our minds, we often disconnect from the very place that holds our deepest wisdom—our body. This layer of trust invites us to return to the body as a sacred friend. To feel the ground beneath our feet and remember: I am held.

Your body knows. It remembers your truth long after your mind forgets it. When you begin to trust its signals, its strength, its intuition—even its discomfort—a new kind of safety emerges.

Illness, pain, fatigue—they’re not signs that something is wrong. They’re messages. And when we trust those messages, we realign, rest, and support our body in returning to balance.

What if you trusted your body’s wisdom? How would it feel to move with it, not against it?
