Slow Down 3 (Class recorded August 19,2025)
In this week’s class, we return to the simple, powerful truth: life can only be lived in the present moment. Through slowing down — in movement, in breath, in awareness — we begin to soften the grip of distraction and come home to what’s real.
We’ll gently awaken the body with a calming activation, flow through EBR2 to anchor into the now, and finish with a nourishing relaxation to absorb the practice.

Let this session be a reminder that you don’t need to be anywhere else — everything you need is right here, in this moment.
