April Intention: Resistance in the Body

This month we explore how resistance shows up physically, emotionally, and energetically in our lives. Through mindful movement, breath, and relaxation, our practice will gently guide us to notice where we hold on, and create space to soften, release, and flow. As we learn to meet resistance with awareness, our body becomes not a battleground, but a doorway into ease, healing, and possibility.
